Alpha Future Funds is a Luxembourg- and Munich-based multistage capital investment firm that runs a dual-track strategy: early-stage venture investments in technology companies, and selective private equity investments in critical mineral exploration and development projects. On the venture side, the firm backs seed-stage and early-revenue companies in Mining Equipment, Technology & Services (METS), automation and electrification (including robotics and intelligent systems), and supply chain transparency — all focused on decarbonisation and the energy transition. On the project side, it invests in upstream base-metal exploration opportunities (copper, zinc, gold) that secure raw material supply for the transitioning economy. The firm seeks to be the first professional capital into a technology or project, taking a proactive, hands-on role alongside founders. It targets companies with tech-powered differentiation, paying customers, and a product embarking on commercialisation, with a global mandate and a preference for European-headquartered businesses. Initial tickets range from €200k to €2m for companies, with follow-ons up to €7.5m, and up to €50m for projects.
