Carbon13 is the Venture Builder for the Climate Emergency, building and backing ventures that each have the potential to reduce or remove at least 10 million tonnes of CO2e per annum once at scale. Founded in Cambridge in 2019 and expanded to Berlin, Carbon13 selects and supports thousands of entrepreneurs — scientists, engineers, and serial founders — through structured programmes, investing at pre-seed stage in deeptech, hardtech, IP-rich, and AI/software climate ventures across energy, food, built environment, transport, materials, and carbon removal.
