Ethos Partners is a London-based private investment office, established in 2017, that invests £3m–£10m of supportive capital into established, profitable UK and European SMEs with a minimum EBITDA of £1.5m and enterprise values between £5m and £40m. The firm targets lower mid-market buyout and growth capital transactions across business & financial services, consumer, healthcare, industrials, and technology & software sectors. Ethos co-invests its own capital alongside a community of over 600 high-net-worth individuals and family offices, pursuing a deliberately low-volume, high-conviction approach — completing a handful of diligently assessed transactions per year. The team emphasises alignment, integrity, and a hands-on board-level partnership with management teams, aiming to deliver capital gains at exit over a 3–5 year hold period. To date, Ethos has completed four exits with an average realised return of 2.9x (44% IRR) net of fees.
