Fuel Ventures is a London-based, entrepreneur-led early-stage venture capital firm founded by Mark Pearson, who built and exited MyVoucherCodes for £55m. The firm invests between £150k and £3m into high-growth UK technology companies with early commercial traction, focusing on globally scalable marketplaces, platforms, SaaS, fintech, and AI-native software. It operates three tax-efficient fund structures — a Pre-seed SEIS Fund, a Scale-up EIS Fund, and a Follow-On EIS Fund — targeting companies from pre-seed through to Series A.
