Gresham House Ventures is the growth equity division of Gresham House, partnering with ambitious founders to build and scale category-defining companies across AI, consumer, cybersecurity & regtech, enterprise software, fintech, and healthtech. The firm invests primarily in late Seed, Series A, and Series B rounds, with a geographic focus on the UK and Ireland, deploying £1–20mn per investment via its Baronsmead and Mobeus VCTs (c.£800mn AUM) and its institutional Private Equity Release LP. The firm's investment thesis centres on digital transformation — backing businesses characterised by strong technology, customer insight, or service excellence. It targets category-defining growth-stage companies and emphasises a hands-on, value-add approach: leveraging 20+ years of experience scaling software, e-commerce, and technology-enabled services businesses to help management teams scale and ultimately exit, whether via VC, PE, or IPO routes.
