InnovationQuarter is the regional development agency and venture capital investor for the Province of Zuid-Holland, Netherlands, managing over €300 million across four funds (IQCapital, UNIIQ, ENERGIIQ, and the Energy Transition Fund Rotterdam). It funds disruptive startups and scale-ups that create a cleaner, smarter, and healthier world — investing in high-risk, high-impact propositions that other VCs sometimes shy away from, including hardware, deeptech, aerospace, energy, and life sciences. InnovationQuarter invests from the earliest proof-of-concept stage through to scale-up, always as a minority shareholder and preferably alongside reputable private co-investors, combining social impact with financial return.
