Jenson Ventures is a UK-based SEIS and EIS fund manager backing early-stage, tech-enabled startups with existing products and evidence of early traction. The portfolio is approximately 80% digital businesses (B2B SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces) across Fintech, EdTech, Climate, Web3, and AI, with around 20% in deep-tech and IP-rich consumer products. Investment decisions are based on four pillars: team strength, market validation, product differentiation, and brand story. The SEIS Fund invests up to £250,000 in pre-seed and seed-stage companies, while the EIS Fund provides follow-on capital of up to £500,000 to top-performing SEIS portfolio companies, bridging the equity gap to Pre-Series A. As one of the first VC firms to achieve B Corp certification, Jenson embeds ESG and responsible investment principles from the outset, believing that responsible venture capital investment is the catalyst for innovation and positive change in wider society.
