Moscar Capital is a London-based venture capital firm that targets smaller bootstrapped companies with valuations ranging from £2m–£10m, acting as the first institutional investor in revenue-generating businesses (minimum ~£200k/year) that have been funded to date by founders or friends and family. The fund is sector-agnostic, focusing purely on deal quality and the ability of a target company to reach Series A within 12–24 months.
