Operating with long-term, patient capital, Pacific Fin pursues majority or path-to-control positions in North American businesses with $5–$100M in revenue and $1–$10M in EBITDA, deploying $2–$30M in equity per transaction. The firm invests solely in companies that are B Corp certified, economically sustainable, and committed to creating strong social and environmental impact — including promoting healthier food systems, catalyzing economic growth in distressed communities, and reducing environmental footprints.
