Perscitus LLP

Perscitus LLP is an independent, London-based investment consultant serving as the investment vehicle for Jon Moulton's private portfolio. It consults on a multi-asset portfolio with a particular focus on Private Equity, investing in direct opportunities and third-party funds. The direct investment strategy is opportunistic with flexibility on sector, deal size, minority or majority stakes, and holding period, typically targeting UK-headquartered companies exhibiting at least two of: strong IP, high growth rate, or a credible path to breakeven or a value inflection milestone. Direct investments are categorised into four areas: Venture Capital (generally Pre-Series A, with no EIS requirements, including special situations, secondaries and CLNs); Life Sciences (therapeutics addressing large unmet needs, preferably IND-ready or Phase 1 completed); Small Buyouts/Buy-ins (profitable UK companies with enterprise values of £5–£30m); and Co-investments (sponsor-led transactions in late-stage venture or larger buyouts). The portfolio spans more than 80 companies across these categories.
