ROM Utrecht Region is a regional development and investment agency focused exclusively on innovative startups and scale-ups based in the Province of Utrecht and the Gooi- en Vechtstreek area. It always co-invests alongside private investors (angels, VCs) and offers portfolio companies hands-on support, network access, and internationalisation assistance in addition to capital.
