Successful Fund / Successful Capital SGEIC

Successful Fund I is a pre-seed venture capital fund managed by Successful Capital SGEIC, established in December 2023 and rooted in Successful Ventures, a pledge fund that made over 30 investments between 2018 and 2022. The fund's primary objective is to invest in Spanish startups with valuations under €5 million and less than two years of existence, targeting companies built on disruptive technologies with high sustainable scalability. Although sector-agnostic, the fund has a particular focus on B2B SaaS business models, favouring software over hardware due to the model's scalability, predictability, and efficiency. Beyond capital, Successful Fund I provides a 90-day semi-face-to-face incubation programme covering project management, accounting, taxation, metrics, KPIs, fundraising strategy, and investor reporting. Initial tickets range from €50,000 to €200,000 per startup, with follow-ons of up to €500,000. The fund targets a portfolio of 40+ companies and aims to scale the next generation of global businesses that drive innovation, employment, and wealth creation in Spain.
