Venture Studio from Crisis is the impact investment arm of Crisis, the UK national homelessness charity, founded in 2020 and based in London. It uses philanthropic capital to provide equity funding to startups developing innovative solutions to homelessness and the housing crisis — including PropTech, fintech, and modular construction — with the goal of ending or preventing homelessness for up to 1 million people. The Studio is raising a £20 million philanthropic fund ('This Venture Fund Ends Homelessness') to invest in more than 70 startups over roughly a decade.
