The Carolina Angel Network brings together the UNC-Chapel Hill entrepreneurial community and alumni network to empower early-stage startup ventures. The network's mission is to support the UNC-Chapel Hill startup community with funding and advice from experienced alumni who are members of the network. When considering opportunities, the CAN Screening Committee looks for a large market opportunity, a unique value proposition, proprietary technology or intellectual property, and strong management teams with the potential for high growth and significant financial returns.
