Investment thesis

KM Capital is a Manchester-based seed venture capital fund investing £50k–£300k into very early-stage, tech-driven businesses at the pre-Series A stage. Founded by Adam Kamani (co-founder of PrettyLittleThing), Stephen Morana (former CFO of Betfair and Zoopla), and Mahesh Patel, the team brings hands-on experience scaling high-profile UK consumer and digital businesses to IPO. The fund is generalist but has a particular strength in consumer-facing and marketplace companies, adding value through its founders' deep networks in retail, fashion, and eCommerce rather than purely financial capital.

Notable quotes

We would call ourselves consumer tech investors. We like technology that just simplifies the process for the consumer.

I have been very impressed with so many young entrepreneurs and their mind blowing ideas, along with the grasp they have of business.
