Concept Ventures is Europe's largest dedicated pre-seed fund, investing up to $1.5m as the first meaningful cheque on a cap table — often before a product, a customer, or even a name on Companies House. The firm is explicitly generalist and stage-specialist: 'No verticals. We're generalist investors, but pre-seed specialists.'
