Xontogeny

Xontogeny is a Boston-based life sciences accelerator that collaborates with entrepreneurs, scientific founders, and first-time CEOs to drive the successful development of technologies enabling new treatment options for patients with serious disease. It provides seed investment capital and hands-on operational support across therapeutics, diagnostics, and devices, with the singular goal of shepherding each program through a compelling clinical proof-of-concept study. In partnership with Perceptive Advisors, Xontogeny manages the Perceptive Xontogeny Venture Funds (over $700M AUM across two funds), which lead or co-lead Series A financings in the range of $10–50M and participate in select Series B and growth-stage rounds. The strategy spans biotechnology, medtech, digital health, and life sciences tools/services, with a data-driven focus on advancing differentiated technologies from preclinical stage through clinical proof-of-concept across North America.
